Mouth Watering Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ LBS. salmon (serving for 4-6 people) - 2 ½ tsp My Family’s Salmon Seasoning - 1 lemon - 2 TBS butter or margarine - Heavy duty foil

Directions:
-Thinly slice lemon (approx. 7 slices) -Thinly slice butter -Tear sheet of foil approx. 4” longer than length of salmon -Place salmon on center of foil -Mix herbs with salts well! (Shake bag and stir) -Sprinkle 1 ¼ tsp seasoning on each side. (Increase/decrease seasoning based on weight of salmon) -Randomly place butter slices on top of salmon -Place lemon slices across salmon, (covering the butter) -Tightly wrap salmon in foil
Cook:
-On grille cook on medium heat (approx. 375°) -Place wrapped salmon directly on grill -Grill 8 minutes on each side -In oven cook at 375° for 21 minutes. (Ovens vary so check at approx. 18 minutes) -Check fish with fork it should be pink not red.
